In Phase One, we issue collection letters to patients. In Phase Two, we act as the collection agency. At this point, we only collect a fee once you are paid. RMS covers the cost of Phase one as part of our regular servicing. For reimbursements, RMS uses the most current technology, which is the notable therapy medical billing software from RevFlow.

We submit physical therapy billing services claims electronically to receive the fastest turn-around. Payments from major carriers like Blue Cross, Aetna, and Medicare, for example, come to you via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Secondary insurance companies and patient balances are also billed in a timely manner using RevFlow’s Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA).If you would rather use Therapy Source, WebPT Electronic Medical Records and Scheduling Software, or another product, RevFlow can interface with them if needed.

Finally, RMS provides you with monthly reports on your reimbursement status, accounts receivable, and charge breakdown.  Our agents work with your staff to lay the foundation for a smooth and efficient workflow, which saves you time and money. RMS also trains your staff on the available websites that aid in establishing patient eligibility for the major insurance carriers.
