Beth Hall
Beth graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a B.A. in Elementary Education. She taught 3rd and 4th grades for 6 years in Texas and Preschool Education in Tennessee after her son and daughter were born. In 1997 she and Jim moved back to Iowa and started Rehab Mgmt Services. She has been working as a billing specialist for RMS for 19 years.
Sarah Sines
Sarah is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and making sure the business is running as smoothly and efficiently as possible. She has a B.A. degree in Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa. After graduation, she held various jobs in office management. Shortly after her children were born she ran a successful pre-school/childcare for 8 years. Sarah started with RMS in the fall of 2013 as an account representative.
Aileen Wolf
Aileen grew up on a llama farm in Worland, Wyoming. After graduating high school she attended Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, Iowa where she received her degree in Elementary Education and History. She worked for Rehab Mgmt from 2004 – 2006 before moving to Illinois where she worked as front office staff for Amber Medical Clinic. In 2009 she moved back to Iowa. Upon her youngest child entering elementary school, she decided to go back to work full time and was excited to be offered a position back at Rehab Management.
Sara Kissling
Sara K. joined the team as an account representative in June 2019 with a background in medical software training/stats, admin, and billing. She is looking forward to transferring her skills to the user side of therapy support. After attending Wartburg College in Waverly, IA, she started her career in Waterloo and surrounding areas. She moved back home to Cedar Rapids in 2003 and has spent the last 15 years in the non-profit sector. She enjoys knitting for charity & her extended family.
Lauren Thies
Lauren graduated from Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, IA and worked in Therapy & Mental Health Billing services for 6 years prior to joining the RMS team. She joined RMS in late 2022 immediately following her wedding. She is eager to work a couple days a week in an office again, having transitioned to working fully from home since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Lauren enjoys practicing yoga, illustration, and all kinds of outdoor activities.
Sherry Whiteaker
Sherry comes to us in 2023 with nearly twenty years medical billing experience, including working for an urgent care and a medical billing software company. She has also worked in banking and for county government in Riverside County, CA. She enjoys working on her hobby farm, spending time with grandkids and glamping. She prefers to work from her home office under close supervision from her Amazon Parrot, Mango.
Jennifer Reed
Jennifer joined the team in June of 2023. She worked in trucking billing for 13 years before coming to RMS. She is excited to learn new skills in the medical billing world. Jennifer is a mother of 4 children and enjoys going to all the activities they are involved in. She also loves to travel, spending time with family/puppy and being outside.
