What We Do
- Electronic Medical Claims (EMC)
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)/Direct Deposit, and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA)
- Daily review of any EMC rejections to correct and re-bill. Timely review of denials and zero-pay claims to ensure proper processing and complete payment is made.
- Regular review of your accounts receivable (A/R) to ensure unpaid claims are addressed. Prompt billing of secondary claims. Monthly patient statements for co-insurance, co-pay, and/or deductible amounts.
- Providing training to your staff on websites available for checking patient eligibility, etc.
